Delete your account
In the i-Futhark app, open Settings → Your data. Copy your ID, then choose “Delete my account.” Paste that ID into the confirmation field to start permanent deletion. This action cannot be undone.
Deletion applies to your account and its associated data, except for information that must be retained to comply with a legal obligation.
Retrieve your data
In the i-Futhark app, go to Settings → Your data, then tap “Download my data (ZIP).” The archive contains the Firestore JSON documents associated with your account, including your journal, quiz statistics, and synced preferences, as well as local data from this device. Any available syncing finishes before the export is prepared.
Creations already saved to Photos or shared to another destination remain under your control.
Subscriptions and help
Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Manage its renewal in the Subscriptions settings of your Apple account.
